We live in the Information Age , Where at every moment we are bombarded with information’s. Human being process the information using multiple Mental Models and Cognitive Biases.

We need to become consciously aware of the specific biases at work so we can identify them ourselves as they occur.

Cognitive Biases which we should be aware of :-

• Tuning to the views or opinions that confirm your opinions,  ignore information that would disprove our beliefs.
•  Tendency to rely too heavily on the first piece of information 
• Support or believe in those who are in our social group.
• We ourselves act because of a situation. But others act because of a stable trait, such as personality.
• Claim success for successes but not failures
•  Thinking that you’re less likely to experience a negative event.
•  Tendency to be more influenced by the opinions and judgments of authority figures.  

Its time to challenge above biases so that we can question our thinking pattern start looking the world from different lenses.

In a rapidly changing complex world , we should humble and flexible enough to Re-think , Re-Invent and Re-Imagine.

In this journey of self-discovery, you can learn new insights by accepting new information and new insights which challenge your opinions and blind spots.

In order to be a more innovative team or individual, we must challenge our stereotypes and let go of views that are no longer serving us well. This allows us to come up with solutions that were never considered before.

Hence, let us think again focusing less on being right and more on building the skills needed to consider different perspectives and discuss them more effectively.
