Not all Hero’s wear caps and all Queen wear crowns

To set the stage for this week’s blog, I want to begin with a few questions.-:

  • Is life meant to be lived through calculated outcomes against precise matrices, or does its essence lie beyond such measures?
  • Can incremental progress be valued independently, or is it considered success only in light of the ultimate result?
  • Do we have a quantified matrices to evaluate below human qualities?
    • Empathy
    • Compassion
    • Wisdom
    • Authenticity
    • Kindness
  • Is there a possibility of learning just because of curiosity the simple desire to know or sheer joy of learning.

Let us talk about Hero’s that we celebrate, may be we can get some answers to above questions.

Our childhood stories celebrated heroes who embodied integrity, humility, and courage, choosing independent paths despite all odds. Still, their final success was measured not by their journey, but by the external rewards and recognition granted at the end.”

Could the hero have found happiness at the end of the story, even if his success were not measured by society’s parameters?

So let’s work together and redefine Leadership in more simplistic way……

A true leader learns every day, gives their best, uplifts others without seeking reward, and respects every perspective with empathy and humility.

Next time you witness these qualities in a colleague or teammate, celebrate their spirit of leadership. Remember to call them leaders.

We need more Leaders who treasure the journey, where success is not about reaching the finish line first, but about ensuring everyone arrives together.
