In my recent blogs, we’ve been following Mr. Ram’s inspiring journey.
Mr. Ram’s path has taken him from an eager learner to a Data Scientist — and now, a new chapter unfolds with even bigger challenges ahead.
As he celebrates his 40th birthday, he begins to reflect on what the next decade might hold — and wonders how he can lead a meaningful and productive life once he retires from his professional career.
When he spoke with friends his age, the conversations opened up many possibilities. Some imagined a life of complete retirement, free from professional or social commitments. Others encouraged him to dedicate his time to teaching, passing on his Data Science expertise to the next generation. A few even suggested he take the bold step of starting his own organization.
But true to his nature, Mr. Ram chose to take a step back and reflect carefully before making any decision.
As he reflected, one idea particularly caught his attention — Aristotle’s timeless principle of the ‘Golden Mean.’
Could the ‘Golden Mean’ be the guiding principle that helps Mr. Ram design his future…?
Let’s first understand the essence of the ‘Golden Mean’ before arriving at any conclusion.
The Golden mean or golden middle way is the desirable middle between two
extremes, one of excess and the other of deficiency. how to choose the mean and avoid the extremes on either side, as far as possible.

Let’s map out Mr. Ram’s alternatives and see how the ‘Golden Mean’ can guide him toward a balanced path — one that leads to a meaningful and productive life after his professional career.

Are you ready to find your Golden Mean…………….
