Apollo 13 : objective was straightforward:
Land on the Moon and return safely.
NASA now faced an impossible question after an oxygen tank exploded and spacecraft lost electrical power, oxygen, and much of its life-support capability.
How do we bring three astronauts home?
The objective changed. The perspective changed. The Lens changed

The mission never landed on the Moon. Yet Apollo 13 became one of NASA’s greatest learning experiences.
